Here is a special precinct of Lee-Sah's Memorial Lhasa Apso Shrine -- a place of refuge where anyone can learn the profound and sacred art of Lhasa Apso Meditation. Follow these easy steps to achieve a state of deep peace and even achieve tangible physical results.

The Steps

  1. Find a quiet place next to somebody where you feel relaxed.
  2. Drop down on all fours and look up.
  3. Breathe deeply and slowly, using your diaphragm and abdominal muscles.
  4. Widen your eyes so they get big and round and tremble a little.
  5. As you exhale, chant the following mantra:
    Om Mani Padme Beef Stick
    Om Mani Padme Beef Stick
    Om Mani Padme Beef Stick...
    I Want My Beef Stick
    I Want My Beef Stick...
    ...NOW!
  6. Eventually you should be rewarded with a Beef Stick strip.
