The Steps
- Find a quiet place next to somebody where you feel relaxed.
- Drop down on all fours and look up.
- Breathe deeply and slowly, using your diaphragm and abdominal muscles.
- Widen your eyes so they get big and round and tremble a little.
- As you exhale, chant the following mantra:

Om Mani Padme Beef Stick
Om Mani Padme Beef Stick...
I Want My Beef Stick
I Want My Beef Stick...
...NOW! - Eventually you should be rewarded with a Beef Stick strip.
